 |  I came home late from work and discovered a mouse in my apartment. I called City Express and I spoke with the owner who advised me he would be sending someone out right away. When they got here, not only did they catch the mouse, but they found the root of the problem and sealed up all of the openings that the mice were coming from. The owners' son, Jon, was extremely professional and thorough. Highly recommend these guys for any exterminating services! Keep up the good work! |

 | These guys are amazing. I am squeamish and new to NY so when I saw 2 mice in my apartment on a Saturday morning I had a total meltdown. I tried 2 different places that claimed to be "24 hours" but neither had anyone available and both were kind of rude. Then I found City Express and not only were they kind/warm on the phone but their exterminator Steve showed up within an hour and was extremely professional and efficient. I felt totally taken care of and honestly if he hadn't helped me so quickly I would have probably had to sleep at a friend's place until Monday, which was the soonest my super could send someone. These guys are pros and left my apartment spotless and perfectly sealed up. They also checked in with me after the service to make sure I was happy. Bonus for the ladies: Steve is cute.  | Scott came out at 11:00 pm on a Sunday night. Found the biggest hole that 2 previous exterminators must of missed. He did a thorough job and I can sleep in peace. I recommend them highly. Thanks for the help! |
 | Just moved to NYC about a month ago, I have never seen a real mouse before so when I seen this creature in my kitchen I freaked. I called several pest control companies & no one was able to help me out immediately.  | We had an ongoing mouse issue in our first floor Hoboken apartment for about 2 months. The condo building we live in has an exterminator come quarterly, who would throw down traps and poison- which did nothing for the ultimate problem. I called City Express, they gave me a quote over the phone, and we set up an appointment for that coming weekend. The guy who came did an extremely thorough job- he didn't seem rushed, pulled out every appliance, looked in every crevice. Found the entrance points and filled them with copper mesh so they wouldn't eat through. He also took the time to explain how to prevent future problems and how to watch for signs of mice returning. It has been two months into winter and we have been mouse-free. I can finally stop walking on eggshells because of my mouse-phobia :) Thanks again to City Express for doing such a thorough job. |
 | Very pleased with my experience with City Express! The owner, Ron, was incredibly responsive and pledged to get someone out to my apt. as soon as possible - which he did. There was no guessing about rates for my rodent inspection and proofing or getting hosed once the tech showed up. That sort of transparency is very appreciated. He offered me 1 reasonable price that was incredibly affordable compared to his competition who quoted a rate of $550 for the first 2 hours. When Rich (the technician) showed up, he was polite, thorough, and explained everything perfectly. Though I didn't actually have any new visitors (thank goodness), peace of mind is priceless! |
 | Last week tuesday Steve came out and did me wonders he look around the whole apartment and found holes that the mice were getting in from, yes MICE ughhhh freaking hate them things I was having a bad mouse problem and I was losing my mind. I needed help called city express and they were so nice talked with the owner and he said I will send out steve he is the best. he came out sealed up all the holes and laid down traps and bait, Today I found 1 dead in my kitchen hopefully that's the last little bastard to come through my apartment. Sorry but I have no love for rodents thanks city express exterminating you guys rock |
 | I want to thank City Express Staff for coming out to our apartment in NYC On Christmas Eve to get a mouse out of my bathroom. My tenant was totally freaked Out! They came within an hour, caught the mouse, sealed all the holes , and they haven't seen another one since!! Thanks guys !! Happy New Year |
